Helping You Reimagine Retirement – more than the end of a career; it is the beginning of a deeply personal transformation.
Welcome to Retirement in Perspective
Participate in this half-day Non-Financial Retirement Preparation Course with Ansie Cloete and discover how to ease into retirement with clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose.
Meet Ansie Cloete
Ansie is an AHPRA registered psychologist who now, helps people navigate the transition into retirement. She focuses on the emotional, relational and identity shifts that shape this life stage beyond the financial checklist.
Originally from South Africa, she moved to Perth in 2001 with her husband and two daughters. Her career spans Military Intelligence, leadership development, corporate training, tertiary education and counselling. She gained full psychologist registration in 2011 and spent thirteen years running her private psychology practice, Life in Perspective.
In 2024, after stepping away from private practice, Ansie discovered firsthand that while there is an abundance of financial retirement planning support available, very little exists to help people prepare psychologically. This realisation shaped her new direction: bringing together her psychological expertise, her love of teaching, and her long standing commitment to helping people grow through life’s transitions.
Her signature course, Retirement in Perspective, offers a reflective, non financial space for people to explore what they want their next chapter to look like.
Grounded in her Christian faith and shaped by decades of personal and professional experience, her approach is empathetic, engaging and encouraging.
Ansie’s mission is to help you step into retirement not just well prepared but inspired.
Don’t simply retire from something; have something to retire to.
– Harry Emerson Fosdick
