Psychological Service - Evolving COVID -19

At Life in Perspective I am committed to continue providing psychological services in compliance with Federal and State Government guidelines and restrictions during the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic.  However, after careful consideration I have decided to put normal practice operations (including face-to-face consultations) temporarily on hold to ensure everyone's safety.

Telehealth services

With the increasing need for Telehealth services, I am in the process of setting my practice up to provide these services from safe and secure platforms as soon as possible. I will keep everyone updated as soon as I am ready to proceed with providing the service.

Self-care is crucial during this challenging time of uncertainty and heightened anxiety.  Please find below the following Tip Sheets provided by the APS (Australian Psychology Society) to assist you to cope with the COVID-19 circumstances.
